There were a couple of times where they assumed that we knew something, probably because we are not first time home buyers, but when we asked for clarification they quickly responded. Communication was good and responses quick and they were able to get things in place very quickly due to our short timeline. If I could have I would have given them a 4.5 star as the above issues are minor for us but Google doesn't allow that. Great job team.”
